Rookies is now an alliance with quite a few experienced players. We need to have armies which reflect our prestige numbers. On the right sidebar, you can see our recommendations for troop numbers. The first thing you must build is ballista and transporters. You will need these to farm NPCs for food. After that, set your barracks to start cranking out more warriors, archers, scouts, pikemen and swordsmen. These troops will make up your fighting force, to attack enemies and defend your home cities. When you have a sizable army, make some cavalry and cataphracts. These fast moving, high attack units are great for hitting far away targets. Remember, TEN barracks per city!
